We have developed online as well as traditional programs (e.g., self-study print, workshops, job-aids, coaching programs) revolving around specific roles (e.g., study monitor, project manager, statistician, and study site staff) or topics (e.g., completing an SAE report, GCP for investigators, call center procedures, and basic finance). In general, the programs are designed to present knowledge in small segments and then to have participants practice applying that knowledge.
