Working Procedure Template
We have developed an online template to efficiently create training modules around company working procedures. This training allows the learner to view the full process or to select a role view of the same process. The working process is presented at a task and step level.

In the role view, the learner is presented only with the steps and tasks for which he/she has responsibility.
The learner may also view a process map of the entire process that highlights the steps in which that role is involved.
A responsibility matrix is presented for each role view that shows the steps and the specific tasks in which that role is involved.
In addition to the process, the template includes an overview of the process, a section on accountability for the process, definitions, related documents/links, and a final test.
