SOP Training Module
Our online SOP training template allows us to quickly produce SOP training modules, which have proven to be highly effective both for new hires and experienced employees. This template allows us to create a training module that consists of:

• An interactive process map that describes the process in detailed steps when the learner clicks on each step.
   
• An SOP activity that allows the learner to link directly to the SOP from the tool to read the SOP and then answer questions to assess their understanding of the SOP.
   
• An interactive case study that leads the learner through the process described in the SOP using a realistic scenario with audio highlights. Throughout the case study, the learner is asked to respond to a number of questions and situations that he/she may face in his/her role.
