Software Application Programs
We have developed programs centered around software applications to serve both as a training and a reference tool. Typically, individuals in an organization may need to perform tasks using a software application that are not done on a daily basis (e.g. creating, reviewing, approving, or archiving documents). WWL has created tools that allow the learner to select the specific task needed to be performed, access an interactive on-line program that lists the exact steps they need to perform. They can choose to watch a video capture of the entire electronic process or to view a video capture of a single-step in the process. The learner can play, pause, and restart the videos as necessary, allowing the learner to perform tasks using software applications with which they are not familiar or do not use on a regular basis. Ability to perform tasks using the various software applications is becoming an increasingly important requirement in documentation management.
