Reference Manuals (Online and Paper-Based)
We have developed both online and paper-based reference manuals for various clients. Typically, reference manuals are developed for use by many people within the organization and generally address many large processes and/or topic areas, such as GCP and safety. Both online and paper-based manuals are designed using small segments of information so that that the information can be found quickly by the learners. Both types of manuals contain glossaries, acronym lists, comprehensive lists and/or links to references and documents, and indexes as appropriate.
