Database-Driven Tools/Programs
We have developed a number of online custom programs that are database-driven tools that allow learners to access various combinations of roles, responsibilities, and procedures. These tools center around a group of processes within an area such as clinical research or data management. The learner logs into the tool and is allowed to select from the general menu or set up a custom profile/menu based on their needs. The tools provides learners with information such as:

  • Overall role and/or process responsibilities
     
  • Roles with whom a person needs to interface in order to complete a step or task in the process
     
  • Descriptions of steps and tasks within a process
     
  • Links to references and documents
     
  • General and role-specific process maps
     
  • Company templates and forms
